  When we registered here, it was great and employees were very helpful & smart. Came time for baby shower & most of the big items we registered for were out of stock at the store or completely discontinued. Therefore not a lot of people bought from our Buy Buy Baby registry, mainly our target one because it was way easier. When we came to complete our registry purchases, we just bought a few miscellaneous things & one big purchase the stroller! I already knew the exact stroller I wanted, the city select in all black (quite a hefty purchase - $550 plus $30 adapter) so we didn't need much help. Asked for someone to come over & confirm that we picked out right stroller & adapter. The man was very rude & once we got home realized BOTH were wrong. Had to go back to return & the lady that had to go in the back to get the one we wanted was so RUDE. Treated us like we were in the wrong & were being cheap or something. Never go to Buy Buy Baby. Take your business to target!!!!

  I really love this store comparing with baby r us(the one that is close to this store), because you have much more products, at least I think so. They have sometimes so many good clearance product that the price are great!!! The times I was there is like as Ryan for help, he's a great guy and know a lot that he always can help you really good with almost everything. Also Tom is awesome, I like about them both that they are very honest people. To me that's very important! They both care about the customer a lot. That's how it makes me feel and my experience. But everybody there, all the team, are awesome people!!!! I have no complains and I hope I never will have some. Thank you everybody from buy buy baby!
