  Poor customer service. I go every week to hot topic stores to get a lot of different merchandise since my kids like that store, but I'm so disappointed of this particular location. You should train your employees, a girl named Samantha was very rude and not helpful at all. Definitely not going there anymore!

  I went to this location to buy Funko Pop Vinyls. There was a moderated sized female employee working there with a very rude and snarky attitude. I accidentally responded to a question she was asking another customer and then she proceded to give me a rude remark stating how I should mind my own business. Overall I did not feel welcomed.

  I’m assuming there was a new employee, Skye, at the register because it took 30 minutes waiting in a line of 5 people to checkout one item. When I was paying for my clothes this employee kept asking me for my phone number for a store account/card. I kept saying it’s okay and I don’t need one but she kept insisting for my phone number. Also, we were in line crammed up against the wall because we were told we needed to make more room. Then, more people started showing up and they got in a second line which they got served before me and others around me. Overall, very poor customer service.
