  In-store Customer service rep stated they don't provide "estimates" when I spoke another rep on a call she provided an approximation (estimate) for services I inquired to fix my wife's wedding ring. I was offended as she eluded I was fabricating a story or falsifying information that was actually discussed on the phone call. While In-store the other customer service rep and store manager resolved the issue with professionalism and great customer service as damage control for the incident. I wasn't happy about the incident and will not be doing business with the franchise in the future.
