  My fiance and I went to pick out my wedding band. Both Susie and Nick helped us out. They were really great and very friendly. I was initially unsure about going to a big chain store but these two really offered the personal touch that I was very happily surprised to find. They did a great job and we're really patient with us as we looked at all our options. I will definitely look at kay again next time I'm looking for jewelry. Thank you for making the experience great!

  I took my ring to get sized. I explained that I had been wearing sizers as just after the proposal, we went on vacation. The lady argued with me over needing it sized, told me it would be sized appropriately and said 10 days. Then proceeded to give me a promise date 2 weeks out. I had to call corporate to find out that my ring had been returned to the store as they didn't call me. When I went to pick it up, the lady took my paperwork and handed me my ring with no follow up to see if the ring had a better fit or if I was satisfied. I will never go to this location again.
