  Found this store to be clean and clutter free. Each items are always marked and organized. The staff is friendly and always available to help. The store stays very busy during weekend. Plan to spend 10-15 minutes at the checkout on weekends and 5 minutes during weekdays. This is where they could improve a little.

  This seriously is the worst around. The employees never ever smile, no conversation at all. Today we went in the store and there were two price signs on a shelf full of tanks and tees..one for 12 one for 3 ..when I called an employee to ask which price it was..she said they were 3 dollars...I simply said maybe we should move the 12 sign then..she said with an attitude I might add..ya when I finish what I'm doing over there first.. OMG this employee was standing within 2 feet of the shelf, she couldn't take the 12 dollar sign with her..she was very rude.. this person should not be working in retail with people. Schaumburg old Navy you better get your employees in check!!!
