  I just went to the AT&T on Meacham and then staff was very disrespectful. We had an issue with switching from A different carrier to AT&T so we spoke to the manager Dianna and she was very rude and disrespectful. I have never had anyone talk to me as if I were not worthy of their time and she continued to use her fingers to point and talk over me. She continued to say there is nothing I can do for you even though I was merely looking for a solution to fix the problem. I will never again come to this AT&T because she was incredibly disrespectful and rude. I left because I chose not to have a rude person talk down to me. I’m not sure why she is a manager if she had no polite manners or communication skills.

  Came here opened a new accaunt asked about apple watch they sold me 2 watches but i had 1 samsung phone even they didnt told me at that time of the purchasing this phone wont work with samsung at the end i returned 2 watches but for their employes fault i was charged restocking fee which is stupid i am canceling my business accaunt with the due to the unknwldgeble sales person
